As I mentioned on Monday, last Saturday my husband and I took a spontaneous day trip to Cooperstown, NY to see the Heroines of Abstraction Show at the Fenimore Museum. Here are our photos of the rest of the day.
We had a lovely lunch lakeside at the Otesaga Hotel, which is a nice place if you are looking for a little get away. In addition to the art museum, also in this town are the Baseball Hall of Fame, a charming Farming Museum, and a beautiful lakeside golf course.
After being away from James so much this summer it was good to have some together time. The fact that we also got fall color (like above) in gorgeous weather was certainly a bonus.
