It’s been a busy time since my last post like this in August, so there have been a lot of eggs eaten here, along with leftovers from our freezer. And while I did not have time to do much recipe creation– above is an attempt at a tuna fritter which isn’t quite blog worthy yet (too crumbly but tastes great)– I have fallen back on making some blog favorites which are always worth revisiting.
