When we were in California in March, my photos of our drive along Highway 1 never got posted, but I’ve decided late is better than never. The green hills, rocky cliffs, the Pacific surf, and an ocean sunset, were all special treats not to be missed!

I did your tomato tart a few days ago, and it was fabulous! I am vegetarian and look for meals I can make that have lots of flavor. Your tart was just perfect!
