Lovely Day with the Father of My Children

All three of our children were far flung in three different states today, but my husband and I had a nice day celebrating Father’s Day together. I took him out to lunch, gave him two books, and then went on a hike with him followed by his favorite local ice cream. The weather was lovely: breezy, a perfect temperature and humidity-free. And he spent a long time on the phone with his progeny. I took these photos of him today…
