We took our friend Anne (who is also a reader of this blog) to Ferris Acres Creamery in Newtown yesterday evening for their phenomenal ice cream – you can see how popular the place is by the colossal line (yes, far off the right of the photo below) – and in addition to great ice cream, we enjoyed the lovely setting complete with this spectacular display of stunning clouds.  Wow. (I wish I had my good camera and not just my iPhone!)
