Equal Partners
Algebra is a ballroom dance
Both sides of the equation hold hands at the equal sign
Different but the same, they swing around
Rumba, jitterbug or cha-cha – lots of steps
But holding effortlessly tight
To principle and educated method
Some moves simple, some fancy flips
The equal sign steady, balancing
As variables are sorted out
And an answer found:
