Unity is needed today more than ever among spouses and families, as well as in communities and nations. They all too often appear fragmented and divided. On what basis can we find cohesion and agreement?
The perception of fragmentation originally comes from the big bang theory. If that is your premise, this mess of disconnection is your conclusion. That theory espouses that there was a super condensed piece of matter that blew apart, dispersing bits everywhere, in an explosion of chaos. No wonder we so crave a return to wholeness.
Thankfully, there is another theory, which starts with a more productive premise, and culminates in a more satisfying conclusion. Consider instead, the possibility that God the Creator is One and good, and that we, the creation, are forever inseparable from this singular divine Mind, whose idea we are.
Then unity is woven into our essential nature, and we can expect to be inviolate, empowered, distinct individuals, joined in harmony together with everyone. Then, our God-created identity is never at variance with another’s, never obscured or in competition, never confused or thwarted, but always fulfilled, defended, upheld, and provided for by the Oneness that is our perfect Source and companion. No one is outside this all-inclusive, impartial, universal, and benevolent Oneness.
Jesus came to show us by example what was possible, and his statement, “I and my Father are One,” revealed how he did what he did, as well as how we can do it as well. Maybe we should give it a try?
Can we stop reaffirming our polarity, refrain from imposing our separate minds, stop mourning our lack of cohesion, and instead, identify with and explore our Oneness with infinite good, which includes all– indivisible, convivial, devoted to unity, and intact?
A premise follows through into the conclusion, so we need to choose our premise very carefully.
Fragmentation or inseparability? Separation or at-one-ment? I know which I would choose.

Are you of The Big Bang Theory group?
If this is your premise,
the mess of disconnection
is your conclusion.“In short: The Big Bang Theory says that
there was a very condensed piece of
matter that blew apart,
dispersing bits and pieces everywhere,
in an explosion of chaos.(No wonder humans crave wholeness!)
There is another theory:
A Real Intelligence
has created (or rather, creates)
The Universe,
The One Verse, a Beautiful Song…
We are Its music!Can’t/don’t/won’t accept the first?
but highly doubt the second?
You’re not alone.Once Upon a Time, several thousand years ago now,
there lived a man named Jesus
who went about the villages
saying “I and my Father are One.”
No one understood what he meant
until they felt so inspired by him–
his very presence among them,
even more than his words–
changed them…their bodily problems,
their supply-issues, social-issues, even to seeing
people rise from their deathbeds! The premise of An Enormous Explosion
could not have created this man and his works!
Only a loving, intelligence,
An Infinite, loving Mind, could do this.WE are this Creator’s creation!
Now, in order to see, feel, know this truth–
The fact of true Creation–
mankind is developing spiritual sense,
a spiritual view,
to see it all, as true.
(The five senses are simply not up to the task!)So take heart!
Our divine,
Real Intelligence, The Creator, is still here,
(And never left!)
is continually revealing Itself,
in you, in me, in and as us All,
in every and all GOOD that we have and know!So much for The Big Bang
and Its Bits and Pieces !!;<)) SMK 2025
