Bits and Clips is a feature I do at the end of each month, but I didn’t want to carry these bits even past the end of this week. And if this blog is about “amplifying good,” why go here? Because it is good to be honest, good to face facts, good to be prompted to do something to prevent the erosion and possible obliteration of what is both precious and important.
So check out the bits in this post, and especially watch this link:
It’s time to stop being bewildered, and start rolling up our sleeves.
And regarding the “Christian” aspect of all this? Here are two short video clips about this by a Texas legislator:
Sleepwalking to Theocracy: Project 2025
No Exception to Love our Neighbors
We’ve been defending our rights, but now our role must change to being a more proactive resistance. This is not something we can just wait out. We made the mistake of thinking hate was radical, and would be repudiated. But nope, now we know that love is what is radical. And it’s not over until unconditional Love wins.

Hi – the link in today’s post to “Rachel Maddow’s To-do list” redirects to:

Which just opens my own gmail inbox.
If this was the intent, to suggest that we need to clean out our own inboxes, it is diabolically clever.-

Thank you for telling me! I fixed it. (I had googled it and that’s how it happened.)

Helpful combination of “bits and clips” to wake up and keep working to love our neighbor and support a righteous government.
“Right is radical” and resolutely standing up for principle is our responsibility… our actions and behavior will show others the way.
Thanks for the encouragement to keep active in Love.

You are the BEST.
As I drove thru WNC recently, I saw only Trump signs. Printed from national head quarters. After MAGA was a small SWASTIKA. Other sings said ” and eat again.” I didn’t think these farmers were hungry. I was driving these roads because of Helene and the routers for 18-wheeler directed the truckers down roads where the tight turns caused them to turn over blocking passage for everyone. These roads weren’t passable before Helene. Truncking companies were fined but the trucks keep on coming! This is normal for WNC!
