Expand Your Thought to Include More Good

Expand your thought to include more good

We are consciousness itself, not our thoughts and emotions. We are the awareness of those things, and can observe them objectively. We are able to choose what to accept, and what to focus on. What do you want to perpetuate?

We supposedly have 70,000 thoughts a day. How many of yours are worthwhile? How many are correct and how many are false, and by what measure? What is your model, the downward tendency or the upward?

How many of your thoughts are constructive and result in blessing you and others? How many are happy, harmonious, positive, appreciative, grateful, capable, wise, kind, delighted, engaged, helpful, beautiful, creative, growing, learning, satisfied, contributing, supportive, empowered, and awe-filled?

Delineate on your consciousness thoughts of redeeming virtue. Expand your thought to include more good.

We sometimes speak and think in the negative without realizing it. Do we really want to argue for ourselves on the side of unhappiness and displeasure? It really matters when you refuse to do that. Exercise your objective consciousness, and stop thinking (and therefore projecting) anything inferior, critical, frustrated, lonely, judgmental, condemnatory, hopeless, lacking, distressing, defeated, inadequate, or downward spiraling. Don’t give away your thought to anything that defiles you.

Many people worry about the detrimental thoughts of others, which they call malpractice. However, malpractice is more about the negativity you think about yourself, than what anyone else is thinking!

Reject every temptation to think about yourself wrongly. How many of your thoughts are unworthy and belong in the garbage? Flush them down the drain forever, right now.

Realize the power of your consciousness to choose, enlist, and literally govern your 70,000 thoughts a day. This, in turn, will determine your experience. Make progress, one redirect at a time. It all starts with awareness, followed by discerning choice.

Then, what if a majority of your thoughts are spiritual, enlightened, and Godlike? Well, that is what we call heaven on earth.

Go for it. Cultivate your consciousness. Rule out undeserving thoughts, and welcome in wholeheartedly worthy ones. Nothing is stopping you, and nothing else will make a greater difference in your quality of life.
