I finished both of these for my solo show which is currently exhibiting.

Glad for Sun After Weeks of Rain is 12″x12,” done in pastel. These are trees directly outside my office/studio window, at a joyous moment of sun after literally weeks of rain, when the light seemed so much more profound than before. On The Trail to Baker’s Falls is 6″x8,” done in pastel. This is the trail on a lovely hike to Baker’s Falls in Newfoundland. The sky was bluish pidgin grey in a way that the verdant greens and modest yellow flowers popped. You can buy the original here and prints or merchandise of it here.
