I’ve been really enjoying these two new cookbooks. While not a vegan myself, I am a “plant-based” eater. I’m getting all sorts of new ideas, which I’ve found both delicious and creatively exciting, from these two cookbooks.
These two books have gotten us into making oat milk for smoothies, and amazing cashew cream to substitute in homemade soups and salad dressings instead of dairy.
I recommend these books to jumpstart anyone’s diet, as well as to teach you how to cook satisfying meals for the vegans you love.
Now I am hankering to go to the Crossroads restaurant in L.A.!
