This is a lovely and practical cookbook to take your breakfast experience up a notch. It is written by the owner of the all-day breakfast restaurant “Egg” in Williamsburg, Brooklyn that foodies rave about. I have not yet had the pleasure of going there, but I hope to someday. Meanwhile, with this new book, you can approximate some of their delectable food.
