I have been meaning to write a blog about this wonderful flavored balsamic since last fall when my husband was in shorts in these photos! This local company is in our farmer’s market, but you can buy them online here. We gave the raspberry flavored balsamic vinegar as Christmas gifts, and but also particularly like the lime. When the lime balsamic is mixed with their lemon flavored olive oil, you get a perfectly splendid salad dressing. Anyway, flavored balsamic was a revelation for us both for marinades and dressings, and I thought you might want to give it a try if you haven’t already…
