A local friend recently obtained this African Crow as a pet. She walks around town with him tethered on her hand, and flies him on a leash. Apparently it is illegal to own an American crow in a similar way, so she went to great lengths to import this one. Crows are incredibly intelligent birds and she is devoted to it, naming him Charlie.
