Good Books About Trains for Children and Young Adults

Here are our favorite books about trains. This list of links starts out with books appropriate for toddlers and ends up with a couple appropriate for high school students or adults. Trains are a subject that does not sound like school but has many important lessons none the less, including multicultural ones and moral ones. All foster a love of learning and stretch imaginations. A few are chapter books but most have gorgeous illustrations. Consider giving some of these to a child you love!
