I work to amplify good wherever I find it. I love color, texture, beauty, great ideas, nature, metaphor, deliciousness, genuine spirituality, and exploring new territory. I encourage authenticity, nurture creativity, champion sustainability, promote peace, and hope to foster a new renaissance where we all are free to be our most fulfilled, multifaceted, and terrific selves. Absolutely beautiful. This has left me feeling calmer and more hopeful and inspired. Something I have needed for the past 3 days. My State of Maine has just experienced our first mass shooting (which also is the largest one in the US this year) and we are absolutely shattered and shocked and saddened. We have a long road ahead of us to heal, and we will, but things will never be the same. Thank you, Polly, for starting my day off with this blog.

Heartfelt compassion, dear Polly’s friend Lisa.
I send loving hugs to you and the others feeling this tragedy so intensely. It jabs at the heart of one’s faith in the goodness of life… but Life remains GOOD, in spite of it all! We can (do!) know this, feel its truth, trust it to restore us all. Stay strong.

And to you, Polly: These Bits and Clips are, once more, wonderfully uplifting and Life-affirming!
    Thank you truly.
