Sacramental Moment

I thanked God
for eternal Life
for health and strength
for guidance and protection
for provision and joy
and then to my surprise
God actually thanked me
for being His expression.
I am brimming
with awe and gratitude
for reciprocal connection
experienced and realized
this communion Sunday.
