We had these for the first time last night at our lovely homeschooling holiday potluck dinner, and my kids were so delighted with them that we’ve made them to bring to our church’s potluck tomorrow following the Sunday School’s Christmas program. These treats couldn’t be easier… the recipe is on the back of the Rolo candy bag…
You’ll need small pretzels, pecan halves and a bag of Rolo brand candy
Rolo Pretzel Delights
Heat oven to 350˚F.
- Remove foil from Rolos.
- Place one pretzel under each Rolo on a cookie sheet.
- Bake for 3 minutes until the chocolate covered carmel begins to soften.
- Remove from oven and top with a pecan half, pressing softened Rolo down.
- Allow to cool before serving.
