This was delicious! It is very simple: roasted Brussels sprouts, parsnip slices and pecans. I saw it in the December 2008 issue of Martha Stewart Living magazine and you can also get it here on her website.
We just recently tried it and the photo of our result is above. It was so good and was so easy it has already jumped into our notebook of family favorites.
