This is not our whole crop but it is the most we’ve picked in one day this year. We are roasting it up to use in sandwiches, on burgers, in fritattas, and in omelets. This amount fills 10 large pyrex dishes and we’ll freeze the yummy results for happy moments all winter long. It is especially satisfying to have all this deliciousness for just the price of seeds…
