Our older daughter has been with her boyfriend for eight years, and we had not yet met any of his family. So this was the occasion our daughter orchestrated so we would meet, and we flew to California for it.

We went together to the Full Belly Farm Dinner, which was a wonderful occasion in every way. Our daughter gets her weekly groceries from this farm’s CSA, and this dinner is a lovely outpouring of their fresh produce prepared deliciously.

We all got along well, and enjoyed each other, as well as the beautiful setting and terrific food.
