We enjoyed this new movie by the director of The Chosen. It is a story about “bad kids” being touched and eventually transformed by the Christmas Story, and is capable of bringing out a tear in the best way.

With Lauren Graham (of the Gilmore Girls) as the narrator (and with an unnecessary and anti climatic cameo at the end) and three actors whose faces you can recognize from The Chosen, this film delivers its seasonal message without being sanctimonious, preachy, or overly sweet.

We saw this in the movie theater, a rarity for us these days, and were glad we did.  You might want to see it too. I give it four stars.
