Duke Gardens (Photos)

Last Friday, our first day in North Carolina, before all the Easter festivities began over the weekend, our daughter, fresh off of her red eye flight in from California, joined my husband and I together with my sister and her daughter, and we went to see the lovely Duke gardens.

We were too late for all the tulips, which were just starting to bloom at home, but the azaleas were in full bloom, along with plenty else. We also enjoyed the ducks, the frogs and the turtles, as wll as each other.

In this post, follow us around this beautiful spot as we took photos of flowers and one another. Spring is glorious, wherever it happens!

I work to amplify good wherever I find it. I love color, texture, beauty, great ideas, nature, metaphor, deliciousness, genuine spirituality, and exploring new territory. I encourage authenticity, nurture creativity, champion sustainability, promote peace, and hope to foster a new renaissance where we all are free to be our most fulfilled, multifaceted, and terrific selves.
