On Tuesday, we finally got a foot of snow, after not having as much as usual for what seems like years. Finally, some seasonally appropriate weather, after winters that seemed more like an extra long November or a very early March.
All of these photos were taken from within our cosy home, looking out our windows. Snug inside, I loved the hush that came down upon the day, and rejoiced in the black and white compositions found in all directions, with snow deep on every wire and twig.
