Giving my PowerPoint talk last week to the wonderful group in Maine made me remember some scenes I wanted to paint from last June when I was at their plein air retreat. Here is the first of three I hope to do.
Golden Hour on Hendrick’s Head Beach is 18″x24″ and is done in pastel on LaCarte paper. I loved the complimentary colors at play during the golden hour in this beautiful spot; the light, the seaweed and the rocks are endlessly fascinating.
