I have found this to be so true and very healing– but not easy. It takes a willingness to be vulnerable, but that brings genuine authentic connection. Thank you for this beautiful quote Tutu is one of my favorites❤️

Truer words were never spoken. The courage it takes to embrace this and truly live this is at times mind blowing and overwhelming. But there really is no true alternative. Superficial reconciliation is of no real value, it just delays the healing process.
