Tomorrow our oldest starts her paid internship with the Governor of Maryland!  (She’ll be spearheading “new media” for him, writing his blog posts, making policy suggestions, and getting his message out.)

She flies back today after a lovely visit home since the end of her junior year of college. Shown here above during her break, she’s reading War and Peace in her father’’s garden… and below, she’s dressed and ready for public service.
