I’m thinking several things here. I’ve been studying this fall the vibrancy of autumnal colors in various light, and wanted to use that carefully defined palette, which I made into a limited number of ten collage papers. I was also thinking about this season of life, and how it is still glorious, interesting, strong, and dynamic. Pull that together with my penchant for honoring magnificent trees, and you have this new work titled Still Flourishing. This artwork is 22″x30″ and done in collage by #pollycastor .
