Our Pastel class painted at the Florence Griswold Museum today and their current outdoors exhibit is the “Wee Faerie Village.” Our children grew up making what we called fairy houses, but theirs were all out of natural found materials. Check out the photos of the artist made fairy houses here in this post, as well as meeting Jessica– who made the Little Mermaid one I sat near today while I was painting– where I heard busloads of children ‘s delighted glee over it this afternoon. I hope they all go home to make fairy houses of their own!
