Here are some photos of homeschooling around here.  This post was prompted by the classic shot above of my daughter sitting on the kitchen counter with her feet in the sink reading chemistry aloud to me while I make lunch! Just yesterday I read that home schoolers ranked first in 10 of 12 indicators of college success, including academics and socialization.  These are encouraging statistics; my son and I are in the throes of his college application process right now.  If those statistics are the end result, these (surreptitiously taken) photos show some of what the process looks like:
