Cleaning up over Labor Day weekend I came across a homeschooling 20th century bucket that was filled with good stuff. These books (shown in no particular order) I recommend for any homeschooling family or any curious, precocious kid on your gift list. They represent a range of reading levels from very easy to not so simple, but they all have great photos or illustrations and make concepts, events or historical figures both interesting and clear. (I’ll post a 20th century historical fiction for kids list tomorrow.)
