Today we met up in Tennessee with my daughter’s Destination Imagination team and their sister elementary level team. Our teams are now registered and Globals has begun for us! We first went horseback riding, then had a terrific lunch at Sister Cats Cafe, and then went spelunking 500 feet underground in the Tuckaleechee Cave which had rooms as big as football fields as well as a two story waterfall.

After all that, we had a good dinner at the Tomato Head (click here) on Market Square in Knoxville, followed by gelato (click here) and checking into our hotel… (The bottom photo is of birthday girl, Ava…)
