We were delighted to finally get to meet our first great nephew– my oldest sister’s first grandchild– who was born last January. He’s a wonderful fellow, and we enjoyed snuggling him, listening to him chatter away and grin, and were there for his first word: Dada. Not surprisingly, I brought him some books, which he enjoyed. We had a lovely time and were so glad it worked out to be together! I’ll post more photos of him tomorrow…
