I was so glad to be able to visit Simon Pierce in Vermont and watch them make their legendary handblown glass and eat in their restaurant (overlooking their waterfall from which comes their power), while drinking out of their stemware. It was both fun and delicious. I had horseradish cod and our youngest daughter had the crab cakes. See my photos below including the view of the waterfall from our dining table.
