Just back from Sanibel Island, Florida

IMG_3298

We just got back from a wonderful spring break visiting friends (shown below) on Sanibel Island in Florida. We picked up our youngest daughter from college in Pennsylvania on the way down, and stayed with family along the way.

Above you can see the terrific guest room we luxuriated in less than a five minute walk from the Gulf. Below you can see our daughter with both her alligator and theirs. We had lots of fun!

I’ve got many photos of palm trees, exotic birds (and other creatures), shells, and beach sunrises to share with you in the next couple weeks…

I work to amplify good wherever I find it. I love color, texture, beauty, great ideas, nature, metaphor, deliciousness, genuine spirituality, and exploring new territory. I encourage authenticity, nurture creativity, champion sustainability, promote peace, and hope to foster a new renaissance where we all are free to be our most fulfilled, multifaceted, and terrific selves. I discovered you through Mary Ellen Crow, I enjoy so many similar things. I like your statement so much. Its a simple statement of the complex. A few years ago I made this song to go along with “if you are happy and you know it clap your hands”Oh- I am happy healthy wealthy wise and free, Im happy healthy wealthy wise and free, Im Happy, Im healthy , Im wealthy and Im wise, Oh…I’m happy wealthy wise and free…Yes sir eeeeee! This carried me throuh a very tough time financially, emotionally and I was anything but those words. However, when stuck…I thought of what I was wealthy in…family, church, talents and abundant Love!
