Busy this fall, working, preparing for one woman shows, and putting up vegetables as fast as they were ready, I didn’t get as many harvest photos as usual. Here are some shots of the end of our season as we await our first hard frost. There are only leeks, parsley, mint, and green tomatoes left out there now.
I’m so grateful to cook with this beautiful produce my husband grows. Our freezer is full to bursting with garden goodness for the holidays and all winter long!
We had more pears from our pear tree than we knew what to do with, and some of those beets were bigger than large grapefruit!
