Ginger, Carrot, Hazelnut Cake with Molasses Frosting

Quick Broiled Eggplant Parmesan

Roasted Brussels sprouts

Recipe for a Fabulous Arugula Salad

Red Lentil and Vegetable Soup

Julia Child’s Tarte Tatin

Hungarian Cookies

Gougere

Those fabulous cookies first below were at an event at a friend’s house. The potato donuts are from The Holy Donut in Portland, Maine. My husband makes the amazing gougere, the yummy Hungarian cookies, and the caramelized apple tarte tatin. There are also four yummy restaurant meals shown here (fried scallaps, coconut shrimp, fried whole bellied clams, and fish tacos with yucca fries) which I do not make at home. Other than that, all the rest was made by me. Give some of these delicious things a try!

I work to amplify good wherever I find it. I love color, texture, beauty, great ideas, nature, metaphor, deliciousness, genuine spirituality, and exploring new territory. I encourage authenticity, nurture creativity, champion sustainability, promote peace, and hope to foster a new renaissance where we all are free to be our most fulfilled, multifaceted, and terrific selves. I fixed the link. So sorry for the trouble. If something like that ever happens again you can type it in the search bar and it will come up. Or you can type my name and the recipe title in google and it will come up.
