My husband and I were pleased to be included in the Spring Cotillion at St. John’s College in Annapolis last Saturday night. Our daughter was responsible for this occasion, and it was a lovely event that came off seamlessly. 

My husband and I enjoyed dancing, and I was impressed with my own stamina; we need to find more opportunities to dance together!  He also danced with our daughter, who has taught many of these people how to dance in her weekly Tuesday evening classes. 

Her friends were very kind to us, and tolerant of not only our presence, but of my flash photography as well.  Beforehand, we cut what seemed like a zillion boxes of strawberries, which as tradition dictated, were served with whip cream at midnight. 

Also the live band did a marvelous job. A good time was had by all and we felt so complimented that our presence was desired!
