New Poem by me: Duck Haiku

New Poem by me: Duck Haiku

duck haiku, duck poetry

Porcelain and stone
three ducks quizzically wonder
and chat about life.

Do moving feathers
squawking beaks, and paddling feet
define what is real?

Inanimate things
have essential qualities
infused with God too.

Why do some discount
a whole range of ideas
as just illusion?

Good is everywhere:
we are beautiful, serene,
inspired and meek.

Look deep into truth
Resolve objects into thoughts
setting concepts free.

We are expressive
Matter does not describe us
we’re far beyond that!

I work to amplify good wherever I find it. I love color, texture, beauty, great ideas, nature, metaphor, deliciousness, genuine spirituality, and exploring new territory. I encourage authenticity, nurture creativity, champion sustainability, promote peace, and hope to foster a new renaissance where we all are free to be our most fulfilled, multifaceted, and terrific selves.
