My New One Woman Show Up in the Howard Wittimore Library

Yesterday we hung my new one woman show at the Howard Whittimore Library in Naugatuck, Connecticut.

It is a beautiful place. I’ve included photos of it below, including its gorgeous rotunda, huge oak doors, and classic tile floor– but go through this– and out the back is modern and light filled, with a lovely gallery wall where my art is.

Stop by if you are in the area to see my artwork; it will be up  until the end of April.

The Naugatuck library contacted me with a request for a show, having seen newspaper publicity from that show at Byrds books last January, where I ended up selling nine paintings. It is a delight for me to discover this lovely jewel of a library through this invitation, and to unexpectedly have this opportunity to share my art with their patrons.

I work to amplify good wherever I find it. I love color, texture, beauty, great ideas, nature, metaphor, deliciousness, genuine spirituality, and exploring new territory. I encourage authenticity, nurture creativity, champion sustainability, promote peace, and hope to foster a new renaissance where we all are free to be our most fulfilled, multifaceted, and terrific selves.
