Movie Review: Faith Like Potatoes

Faith Like Potatoes

I enjoyed this touching Christian film and give it four stars.

It has the feel of a good Christian revival: a temperamental white South African farmer’s life is turned around when he is led to accept Jesus and acquires a Bible. He sees proof of God listening to his prayers, and his Zulu workers do too. In a climate of unrest and distrust, he bonds with both Zulu and other white farmers, and brings them together to pray. His sense of things: the more impossible the problem the better the miracle. But it is not always easy…

This movie is based on a true story. It makes you wonder how effectual your own faith is and how is it impacting your life as well as the lives of others. Can you feel it and taste it as clearly as the potato in your hands?
