A blog reader shared this idea at our Wednesday evening testimony meeting and I liked it because it is so simple and easily applied. If you are feeling irritated, impatient, or anxious, try focusing on something you can be grateful for instead. Next time you are feeling negative things, turn it around by finding things to be grateful for all around you!
